Fatma Ravza DEMİRCAN

About

Fatma Ravza Demircan has graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Law in 2020, and then her lawyer internship. She now has been working as an associate lawyer at Kurucu Law Offices since 2021, registered to Ankara Bar Association.

Fatma Ravza Demircan mainly provides consultancy in the fields of labor law, commercial law, criminal law, enforcement and bankruptcy law. Her main areas of experience and work are as follows:

• Carrying out the mediation, litigation and enforcement proceedings of all kinds of legal disputes, especially those within the scope of labor and commercial law;
   

• Preparation of various legal documents for companies, including protocols, employment contracts, internal company regulations, resolutions, stock sale agreements and Board of Directors minutes;

• Preparation of lease contracts, execution of the resolution processes of disputes arising from the lease contracts, following-up of litigation and enforcement proceedings;

​

• Preparation of mediation protocols and execution of mediation processes;

​

• Following-up of the procedures in the establishment process within the scope of associations and foundations law, association charter, foundation deed, etc. preparation of documents, following-up of disputes arising under the law of associations and foundations.
