Gamze Nur KOZAK

Gamze Nur KOZAK graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Law in 2019. Following her graduation, she started her legal internship at the Kurucu Law Offices in 2019 and has been working as a lawyer since 2020.

 

Gamze Nur Kozak mainly works on employment law, trademark law, commercial law, criminal law, insurance law, real estate law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, inheritance law, family law, national arbitration and consumer law in Kurucu Law Offices. Her main areas of experience and work are as follows:

 

• Resolution of problems and disputes arising from labor law, following-up of disputes before legal authorities, providing preventive consultancy services, preparation of all kinds of documents related to Employment (Labor) Law, including internal workplace regulations and employment contracts,

 

• Carrying out the process regarding the resolution of disputes within this scope, including making trademark applications, invalidation, cancellation of the trademark, objection to publication,

 

• Following-up and finalization of processes related to domestic and international inheritance transactions,

 

• Preparation and negotiation of contracts and construction contracts in return for flats regarding the purchase, sale, rental or use of immovable property by way of entitlement, and following up on legal disputes arising from these,

 

• Preparing, negotiating and terminating contracts in the specified fields of expertise, executing litigation processes and providing necessary legal consultancy services in this context.
