Founding Partner


After concluding his bachelor degree at Başkent Faculty of Law in 2005, Serkan Çatalpınar has been worked as a legal intern and subsequently associate at Kasaroğlu Law Firm until 2007. Afterwards he moved to Brussels in 2007 to be assigned at PECO at European Bar Associations Council representing the Bar Association. Being as a contract manager of Turkey’s leading construction companies in FIDIC-based projects since 2012, Serkan Çatalpınar has been working as a senior associate at Kurucu Law Offices of which he is a founding partner since July 2015. In addition to his expertise particularly focused on Construction Law (mainly FIDIC), International Trade, Defense Industry and Corporate Law, he has provided legal advice to numerous local and foreign clients since the beginning of his professional life.
