İrem Pırıl GENÇGÖNÜL

İrem Pırıl Gençgönül has graduated from Bilkent University Faculty of Law in 2019 with a high honor degree. In the same year, she studied in the field of international arbitration at the Sweden - Uppsala University Faculty of Law Winter School on Arbitration.​

 

​İrem Pırıl Gençgönül mainly provides consultancy in the fields of domestic and international arbitration law, construction and infrastructure law (FIDIC), energy law, personal data protection law, contract law. Her main areas of experience and work are as follows:​

​

• ​Resolution of all kinds of legal disputes before domestic and international arbitration courts (ICC, ISTAC, LCIA), coordination and execution of this process.

​

• Within the scope of projects in the field of construction and infrastructure and FIDIC projects, claim building, contract management, conducting correspondence processes, conducting site visits, conducting negotiations on the resolution of disputes arising from these contracts.​ ​

​

• Providing legal consultancy services to companies with oil exploration and production licenses and carrying out all processes before administrative institutions.​ ​

​

• Preparing, negotiating and concluding all kinds of contracts and providing necessary legal consultancy services in this context.

​

• Execution of compliance processes of national and international companies within the scope of both Turkish personal data protection legislation and GDPA, preparation of necessary documents and providing necessary legal consultancy services.

​

• In addition to her professional activities, İrem Pırıl Gençgönül assists the Construction Law Commission at the Istanbul Arbitration Center.
