Serdar Can ÖZALTINLI

Serdar Can Özaltınlı completed his undergraduate education at Çankaya University Faculty of Law in 2009, and then his law internship. He has been working as a lawyer registered with Ankara Bar Association since 2009. Since 2015, he has been working within the body of Founder Law Firm, of which he is a founding partner. Serdar Can Özaltınlı is specialized in dispute resolution, labor law, family law, inheritance law and criminal law within the scope of his professional activities. Serdar Can Özaltınlı also acts as a mediator in both mandatory and optional mediation processes.

  

• Within the scope of Labor Law, preparation of defense request letters, warning and termination notifications, preparation of individual and / or collective labor agreements, consultancy on criminal and legal responsibilities related to work accidents and diseases, reorganization of employment contracts in accordance with the Court of Cassation decisions. He has superior knowledge and experience in providing consultancy and representation services on liability, severance and notice indemnities and executing lawsuits on these issues.

• He has superior experience in the acquisition of inheritance documents in Turkey for his domestic and foreign clients, the management of estates in Turkey, the saving, management and transfer of securities and immovables in a way that will ensure the best interests of his clients. In this context, he also provides active consultancy for the acquisition and management of the inheritance rights of his domestic clients abroad, and by using his international connections effectively, he provides an effective estate management not only throughout Turkey but also abroad.

• In the field of family law, he provides competent legal consultancy in the management of the contracted divorce processes at the highest level, including the contract and negotiation sections, and in the follow-up of divorce, alimony and other cases arising from family law.

• He also dutifully fulfills his mediator duties in both mandatory and optional mediation processes.

• Serdar Can Özaltınlı, who has a wide range of experience in the field of criminal law, falling under the jurisdiction of both heavy penal and criminal courts of first instance, successfully represents his clients, either in the position of complainant and suspect/defendant.

• He provides the necessary services for the smooth management of the general assembly and board of directors processes of the commercial companies and the maximum protection of the rights of the company's partners, within this framework, it helps to prepare the necessary decisions and warnings, and follows the commercial disputes that turn into lawsuits from the beginning to the end.

• Serdar Can Özaltınlı, who has successfully represented his clients in various arbitration cases, has knowledge and experience in national and international arbitration cases, including ad hoc arbitration, and the processes related to subsequent annulment cases.

 

• He provides legal support to clients residing abroad on the issue of "Discharge of Unsecured Commercial Debts", which is regulated by the Council of Ministers Decision.

 

• He has experience in conducting enforcement proceedings for domestic and foreign clients, following commercial and administrative cases, preparing employment contracts according to his clients' needs, and negotiating and reviewing contracts signed by clients.
