About

He completed his undergraduate studies at Bilkent Faculty of Law in 2017 and during her undergraduate studies, she also studied Legal English and French at the London School of English and Cours de Civilization Française de la Sorbonne. He obtained the TOLES Red Certificate with the exam he took as part of his Legal English education at the London School of English.

In 2020, he completed his master's degree with his studies on Energy Policy in the field of Law and Economics, a bilingual program taught in English and Turkish at Bilkent University. He has been working as a lawyer at the Kurucu Law Offices since 2018, where he completed his legal internship that started in 2017.

​

Mustafa Umut Dadalı mainly works on energy law, construction and infrastructure law (FIDIC and FAR contracts), domestic and international arbitration, contracts law, personal data protection law and competition law in Kurucu Law Offices. His main areas of experience and work are as follows:

​

• Taking necessary steps for the resolution of domestic and international arbitrations before national and international arbitration courts (ICC, ISTAC, LCIA), coordination and execution of this process.

​

• Within the scope of projects in the field of construction and infrastructure and FIDIC projects, management of related claims and demands during the project, contract management, execution of correspondence processes, conducting site visits, conducting negotiations on the resolution of disputes arising from these contracts.

​

• Providing legal consultancy services to companies with oil exploration and production licenses and carrying out all processes before administrative institutions.

​

• Preparing, negotiating and terminating the contracts within his aforementioned expertise and providing necessary legal consultancy services in this context.

• Execution of compliance processes of national and international companies within the scope of both Turkish personal data protection legislation and GDPA, preparation of necessary documents and providing necessary legal consultancy services in this context.
