Mustafa Necati KARAKÖSE

Mustafa Necati Karaköse graduated from Izmir Atatürk High School in 2017 and completed his undergraduate education at TOBB Economics and Technology University Law Faculty in 2022.

 

Mustafa Necati Karaköse primarily provides consultancy in energy law, personal data protection law, contract law, tenancy and real estate law, and criminal law. His main areas of experience and work are as follows:

 

• Conducting administrative compliance and other processes before institutions, primarily the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Affairs, for companies holding petroleum exploration and production licenses, including field visits and provision of legal consultancy services.

 

• Preparation of various types of contracts, conducting negotiations and other related processes, and providing consultancy services generally regarding contract processes.

 

• Execution of compliance processes related to Turkish personal data protection legislation for national and international companies, and provision of necessary legal consultancy services within this context.

 

• Carrying out of the litigation processes related to tenancy disputes, conclusion of these processes, and general consultancy services in tenancy law.

 

• Execution and conclusion of any and all legal proceedings and enforcement processes related to criminal law, public and private law.
