Yalın DOĞAN

Yalın DOĞAN graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Ufuk University in 2022, having secured a full scholarship. He distinguished himself by achieving the highest academic standing in his class, ranking first among his peers. Following his graduation, he undertook his legal internship at Kurucu Law Offices.

 

Yalın DOĞAN primarily provides consultancy in the fields of labor law, commercial law, family law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, lease law, and foreigner's law. His main areas of expertise and practice include:

 

• Handling all types of legal disputes, especially those related to labor and commercial law, including mediation, litigation, and execution proceedings;

 

• Resolving issues and disputes arising from labor law, tracking disputes before legal authorities, providing preventive consultancy services, and preparing various documents related to Labor Law, including workplace regulations, employment contracts, and termination notices;

 

• Managing divorce, alimony disputes, and overseeing all types of legal proceedings and execution processes in family law;

 

• Providing consultancy services for legal matters related to foreign clients, including work permit and residence permit applications, and managing all legal processes on their behalf in Turkey;

 

• Drafting lease agreements, handling dispute resolution processes arising from lease agreements, and managing mediation, litigation, and execution proceedings;

 

• Preparing mediation protocols and overseeing the mediation process.
